Targeting Your Transition - Training

The art and science of making your job journey successful

Are you thinking of a job change? Is it within your existing company or do you want to make a complete change? No matter how small or drastic of a job change, this training is for you! In this 1-day classroom offering, we take you through the details of our 3-stage process for creating the knowledge and insight you need to transition to your next best job. Stage 1 cover the purpose and intent of the 5 assessments you will work with you through each to filter your strengths and your areas for improvement. Using our Personal Strategic Roadmap, we work with you to establish your job transition goals and the time expected to achieve those goals. Stage 2 takes your filtered insights and focuses them on your targets you need to execute to further your understanding of the marketplace, industries, and type of job you are best suited. Here you will develop and craft resumes that will promote your strengths, and begin networking to capture insights on opportunities both geographically and organizationally. Stage 3 is the final step to harness the focus you’ve gathered to seek out your next best job through search, interview, and negotiation.
